Estonian and UK bands to release remix-EP of each other’s tracks

Before this year’s Tallinn Music Week,Estonian and UK bands playing at TMW - Napoleon IIIrd (UK), Mat Riviere (UK), Candy Empire (EE) and Väljasõit rohelisse (EE)- are releasing a digital remix-EP containing remixes of UK acts by Estonian bands and vice versa. Same bands share stage on Friday, March 30 at an old soviet time cinema called "Sõprus“ (Estonian word “friendship”), at a joint showcase of three UK and Estonian music-promoters and labels - veteran UK indie label Brainlove Records, Projekta – a new management company based in London, Reykjavík and Copenhagen, and Estonian indie concert promoter Odessa Pop.

In addition to aforementioned bands also the following acts will perform – UK’s post-punk trio Tall Stories, fast-rising Finnish indie act The New Tigers, and Estonia's noise-legend ÖÄK.

Cooperation between Tallinn Music Week, Odessa Pop and UK’s Brainlove Records started at last year’s TMW where the boss of Brainlove Records, Mr John Rogers invited two Estonian bands- Kreatiivmootor and Multiphonic Rodent to play at Brainlove Festival in London.
